BedrockRelay
Connect your Bedrock server or Realm to Discord: chat, events and voice.

Overview
BedrockRelay connects your Minecraft Bedrock world to Discord. Chat flows both ways, with Discord role colours carried into the game, and joins, leaves, deaths and achievements are posted with each player's head. Send it to as many channels, across as many Discord servers, as you like - each channel picks its own direction and events. Several worlds can share one channel too.
It works whichever way your world is hosted. On a Bedrock Dedicated Server, BedrockRelay installs its pack for you over SFTP from the dashboard (or you can download it and install it by hand), and you see every change before anything is written. On a Minecraft Realm there are no files to touch at all: sign in with the Realm owner's Microsoft account and a relay bot joins as a hidden player, using one player slot. Realms don't need any experiments, so they keep their achievements.
Proximity voice lets players hear whoever is standing next to them. Players link their Discord account with /relay link and join a voice lobby. When they're close together in the world, BedrockRelay moves them into a private voice room, and back to the lobby when they wander off, change dimension or log out. There's nothing for players to install, so it works on any device, and coordinates never reach Discord.
Everything is managed from one dashboard: who's online and today's activity for every world with 30 days of history, channel routes, and reviewed plugins that add extra commands - on servers and Realms alike. From inside Discord, /relay online shows who's playing and /relay run runs commands the owner has allowed.
BedrockRelay also speaks the same script events as BedrockBridge, so addons like Bedrock Statistics, Bedrock Advancements and BedrockMap keep posting to Discord with no changes.

30 October 2026 Latest
New
- Realm Stories in Discord. Tick Realm Stories on a channel route to post your Realm's story feed to Discord: the game's own moments, like a first trip to the End, and what members post, screenshots included.
Improved
- Realms reconnect faster after an outage. When many Realms lose their connection at once, our bot now gets them all back in much less time, so your Realm's chat reaches Discord again sooner.
- Realm Stories show the game's own pictures. Realm events posted to Discord, like the first Ender Dragon kill or finding a diamond, now come with the same picture Minecraft shows in its Stories feed.

Improved
- No more offline and online notices for short network blips. A world is now announced offline after three minutes without contact, not one, so a host with a shaky connection no longer fills your Status channel. With the latest pack, the server console says plainly when it can't reach us instead of repeating Minecraft's error.

Fixed
- Map syncing works again on Minecraft 1.26.60 servers. Servers updated to Minecraft 1.26.60 couldn't pause saving for a safe copy, so their BedrockMap maps stopped updating. Update BedrockRelay's pack from your world's Settings tab and syncing carries on.

Fixed
- Realms relay again after today's Minecraft update. Realms moved to Minecraft 1.26.60 today and turned our bot away, so Realms stopped relaying to Discord. The bot speaks the new version now and rejoins every Realm by itself.

Improved
- Two servers can no longer fight over one world. If a second server runs a copy of your world's pack, the one already connected keeps relaying and the other is turned away. Your world's Overview tab says so, with both addresses. Give each server its own world.

Fixed
- Realms stay connected when Microsoft's servers hiccup. A brief problem with Microsoft's connection service could take many Realms offline at once, then back a few minutes later. Our bot now stays in your Realm through it.

New
- Paintings plugin: a picture of what you're looking at. /paintings draws what your player sees, with Minecraft's own textures, and shows it in Discord. By PPTribalize. Add it from your server's Plugins tab.
- Item Cleaner plugin: clear dropped items on a timer. Set how often dropped items are cleared, with warnings in chat first, and optionally clear unnamed zombies and skeletons too. By PPTribalize. Add it from your server's Plugins tab.
Improved
- The dashboard tells you when your server runs without the pack. If your server is up but BedrockRelay has stopped connecting, your dashboard now says so, names the world it's running, and offers to reinstall the pack.

New
- All your links in one place. Run /relay accounts for a private list of your dashboard, your worlds with their maps and mcBedrock pages, the worlds you play on, and your BedrockMap account and mcBedrock profile. Your Account page has the same list.
- Choose the picture your world posts with. Joins, leaves, deaths and notices now show the BedrockRelay logo instead of Discord's default picture, or your own: choose one under Picture in Discord on your world's Settings tab.
- List your world on mcBedrock.net. Give your world its own page on mcBedrock, with a profile for every player and leaderboards from the Statistics plugin. Choose List on mcBedrock on your world's Integrations tab.
- Console and mobile players can join your server from the Friends tab. Your server's invite link now offers Add it to your BedrockGo list. Players sign in once, add a BedrockGo bot as a friend, tap Join and pick your server. It shows once your address is set under Where players join on the Settings tab.
- Let other bots and webhooks talk into your world. Messages from webhooks, followed announcement channels and other bots can now reach the game too. On a channel's route, open Messages from bots and webhooks and tick the ones you trust.
- Your BedrockMap map can follow your world's day and night. Switch on Follow the world's time on your map's Integrations page in BedrockMap, and night falls on the map when it falls in the game. Realms need nothing more; servers need the latest pack.
- Statistics plugin: everything your players do. Playtime, travel, kills, blocks, items, containers opened and more, with /top and /stats in Discord and /statistics in game. Add it from your world's Plugins tab. It replaces Leaderboards and keeps its totals.
- Share your own plugin with everyone. Choose Submit to the catalog on one of your own plugins. We review it, and once it's published every owner can add it from their Plugins tab, credited to you.
- Update the plugins you've shared. If you maintain a plugin in the catalog, its card now has Submit an update. We review each new version, then every world using it is offered the update.
- See your world on a live map with BedrockMap. Choose Connect your world on BedrockMap to link your world to its map. Your map can then show who's playing, keep itself up to date, and take markers players add in game with the Map markers plugin.
Improved
- Disconnect your world from any Discord server. On your world's Overview tab, Disconnect now sits beside every Discord server it's connected to, even ones you've left or can't manage. Updating your world's pack no longer needs Manage Server either.
- Your Realm's page says when our bot can't get back in. If our bot is removed from your Realm, or its subscription ends, the Realm's page now says which. Choose Set up again to invite the bot back, or Try again once you've renewed.
- Paste your SFTP address as your host shows it. An SFTP address like sftp://yourhost.com:2022 now works in the Host box: the sftp:// and the port are picked out for you.
- Proximity voice tells you how to get started. Join the proximity lobby without a linked account and the bot tells you, once, to use /relay link and where, so it can move you into a room with the players near you.
Fixed
- Realm worlds keep their name when the pack updates. Adding or updating the BedrockRelay pack on a Realm no longer renames its world to "My World". If yours was renamed, set its name again in Minecraft's Realm settings and it will stay.
- Adding the pack to big Realm worlds. Minecraft can take an hour or two to finish saving a big world after we add the pack. Your Realm's page now says it's still finishing instead of saying it failed, and waits for our bot to find the pack.
- Fewer failed map updates on Realms. When a Realm's newest backup was taken mid-save, its BedrockMap update could fail. The backup before it now goes along too, so the map updates from whichever copy is whole.
- Adding the pack to a sleeping Realm finishes. With Leave when nobody's playing on, adding or updating the pack no longer waits forever for our bot. The install finishes, and our bot checks the pack the next time someone joins.
- Player list shows the same playtime as Statistics. After moving from Leaderboards to Statistics, /playerlist kept showing each player's old Leaderboards playtime. It now shows Statistics' playtime. Update Player list on your world's Plugins tab.
- Large Realms' BedrockMap maps update again. Map copies of big Realms kept failing while Realms prepared the world. They now use the Realm's own most recent backup, which is ready at once, so the map is at most about half an hour behind.
- Big Realms can keep their BedrockMap map up to date. Copies of large Realms for BedrockMap gave up while Realms was still preparing the world. They now wait for it, and if a copy fails, BedrockMap says why in plain words.
- Large worlds copy to BedrockMap much faster. Copies of big worlds on servers far from ours could run out of time and fail. They now download many times faster, so they finish in minutes.
- @mentions from Discord read properly in game. People, roles, channels and custom emoji mentioned in Discord now show as names in game instead of strings of numbers. Mentioning the bot by its role works too, and its personality answers.
- Linked players who changed their gamertag are recognised. If Minecraft still shows a player's old gamertag after a rename, proximity voice, their chat in Discord and plugins now know who they are, with no need to link again. Works on Realms.
- Realms with health display add-ons connect again. Our bot couldn't join a Realm whose add-ons draw text in the world, like health shown above mobs. It joins those Realms now.
And 20 more changes since 2026-10-03.
