Overview

Turn your Minecraft Bedrock world into an interactive web map you can zoom, scroll, and share with anyone. Finally, a way to show people your builds without making them download a 2GB world file and pretend they know where to look.

Changelog

  1. 22 October 2026 Latest

    New

    • Live players and auto-sync now work on Fabric 1.21.8 servers. Download Fabric 1.21.8 from your world's Live players page, put it in the server's mods folder with Fabric API, and restart.

    New

    • Choose the seed and version for unexplored land. If your world was made with a different seed or in an older version, put them in under Unexplored land in your world's Viewer defaults, and the unexplored land on your map is drawn from those.
    • Maps can follow the time of day in your world. When night falls in your world, it falls on the map too, in 2D and isometric. Switch it on under World's time in your world's settings, with Bedrock Relay or our Java plugin connected.
    • Go straight to any marker from the markers list. Open the markers button, open a type and click a marker to zoom to it, or search by name. The list now scrolls, and Show all and Hide all sit at the top.
    • Choose which regions show on the map. The regions button opens a list: switch each region on or off, so cities and their districts can be seen apart, and click a name to go to it.
    • Markers and players in the isometric view. Markers stand on the ground, roofs and hills where they are in the world, and players online move about at their height. Click a player in the list to follow them.
    • See your world at dusk or by night, lit by its own lamps. Premium maps can be shown at dusk or night, lit by your torches, lanterns and lava, in 2D and isometric. Choose how yours opens under Time of day in Viewer defaults.
    • Move the sun through the day in the isometric view. On Premium maps, the clock button in the isometric view moves the sun across the sky with its shadows, then the moon. At noon it's where the map's own sun is.
    • Grass, flowers and waterfalls in the isometric view. Plants, carpets and torches are drawn on the ground, waterfalls fall all the way down, and running water lies lower as it flows. They appear after your map's next render.
    • Step through a map's history in the isometric view. The isometric view now has the timeline, and its controls sit where they do on the 2D map. Switching between 2D and isometric keeps your spot, zoom and snapshot.
    • Choose whether your map shows spawn. Turn off Show spawn in your world's Viewer defaults to leave the spawn pin off the map.

    Improved

    • The map's controls take less room on phones and tablets. The dimension and 2D/Isometric switches show just their icons on smaller screens, so more of the map is visible.
    • Glass looks like glass in the isometric view. Glass is now see-through and tinted instead of just its frame. Choose how solid it looks under Isometric view in your world's Viewer defaults.

    Fixed

    • Updated maps no longer come out with blank patches. A few maps updated in the last week had squares that wouldn't load. We've fixed the cause and drawn the affected maps again.
    • Realm maps keep updating when a Realm backup comes out incomplete. Realms sometimes saves a backup while the world is busy. Auto-sync now uses the backup before it, or maps what's there, instead of failing with “This copy of the world is incomplete”.
    • Unexplored hills and mountains show their own biome, not the caves under them. The biome shown as you point at the map, and the colours of unexplored land, no longer say lush caves or dripstone caves where the ground is high.
    • Drawing a region inside another one keeps your new region. Finishing on the first corner sometimes threw away the new shape and picked the larger region around it. Click off a region, or press Esc, to unselect it too.
    • Marker icons and player heads without a dark frame in the isometric view. Your own marker icons and players' heads now show as they are, as on the 2D map.
    • Fences, chorus and bamboo take their real shape in the isometric view. On older Bedrock worlds, fences and chorus plants were drawn as full blocks, and ground behind bamboo, dripstone and chorus was missing. Fixed from your map's next render.
    • Auto-sync works for large Realms. Realms over about a gigabyte kept failing to sync. Their maps now update on schedule again, from the Realm's most recent backup.
    • Worlds from the newest Java versions show their blocks again. Maps of Java worlds saved by the very latest versions came out plain grey. They show every block in its colour again from their next render.
    • Patches of missing ground on some Bedrock maps. Worlds saved by recent Bedrock versions could show square patches of bare stone where the surface should be, in 2D and isometric. Your map's next render draws them properly.
    • The isometric view runs smoother on phones, and keeps working. It uses far less memory, draws at a sensible sharpness on phone screens, and if your browser pauses it, it picks up again on its own.
    • Pinch to zoom in the isometric view. On phones and tablets you can now pinch to zoom the isometric view, and move it with two fingers.
    • No more holes in the sea in the isometric view. Seagrass, kelp and other underwater blocks reaching the surface showed as dark holes in the water. The water is drawn over them now.
    • Linking Bedrock Relay no longer stops your existing auto-sync. If your map already synced another way, it keeps doing so until Bedrock Relay can copy your world, and the Auto-sync page says what Relay still needs. When a copy fails, you now see why within a minute instead of hours later.

And 28 more changes since 2026-10-07.
